1. Services
PestControlNearMe provides professional pest control and pest management services for residential, commercial, and industrial properties across India. Services include but are not limited to cockroach control, termite treatment, mosquito control, rodent management, bed bug treatment, and general pest control.
2. Service Guarantee
- We provide a 3-month service guarantee on all standard pest control treatments.
- If pests reappear within the guarantee period, we will re-treat the affected area at no additional cost.
- The guarantee is valid only if the customer follows the post-treatment care instructions provided by our technician.
- The guarantee does not cover new infestations from external sources or untreated areas.
3. Booking & Scheduling
- Service bookings can be made via phone, WhatsApp, or our website contact form.
- We strive to provide same-day service subject to technician availability.
- Appointment times are approximate and may vary based on prior service duration.
4. Pricing & Payment
- All prices quoted are inclusive of service charges and applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Payment is due upon completion of service unless alternate arrangements are agreed in advance.
- We accept cash, UPI, bank transfer, and major digital payment methods.
- Pricing may vary based on property size, pest type, severity, and location.
5. Cancellation & Rescheduling
- You may cancel or reschedule a booking by contacting us at least 4 hours before the scheduled appointment.
- No cancellation charges apply for timely cancellations.
- Repeated no-shows may result in a non-refundable booking fee for future appointments.
6. Customer Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information about the pest problem and property details.
- Ensure access to the areas requiring treatment.
- Follow pre-treatment and post-treatment instructions as advised by our technician.
- Keep children and pets away from treated areas as instructed.
- Inform us of any allergies or health conditions that may be affected by pest control products.
7. Safety & Liability
- All products used are WHO-approved and government-certified (CIB registered).
- Our technicians are trained, certified, and insured.
- PestControlNearMe shall not be held liable for damage or adverse reactions caused by failure to follow safety instructions provided by our technicians.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is the property of PestControlNearMe and is protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.
